Is it possible to access the facebook messenger user id within a conversation? Alternatively, Converse creates an email for each user. Is this email unique? And how can it be retrieved? I intend to use such data in my server side application to uniquely identify a user.

Hello! A few days ago, I completed a Facebook catalog on the bot. Really the process was very long, cumbersome and boring. Since it had to check how many elements the catalog had, so as to show the carousel according to the elements. I leave a catch to understand me better. https://ibb.co/c33cfa My question here is that if the Dynamic Carrousel serves to accelerate this process and that shows according to the elements contained. Thank you!

Hi Converse.ai, Before committing building an extensive chatbot in converse.ai, here are some questions: 1) What is the pricing structure after the end of the trial period? 2) Where is the Training function in Converse.ai (to increase the accuracy of the responses)? 3) Is it possible to export & import chatbots from api.ai to/from converse.ai? Cheers, Thomas

Hello, I would like to know if its possible to offer pre determined answers to a question. for example: Q: "How old are you?" Answers: [18,19,20,21] *User selects an answer from the offers above* Other than that, we are unable to test the api because we couldnt understand to which field we arer supposed to refer in 'account name'. Thanks in advance.

Hey all, what's the timeout limit for an HTTP Request? And how are errors vs. successes handled? Any way to make our bot show a "..." or display some other message while the call is going? Some calls may take as much as 20 seconds. Best, ~Sean

I'd like to allow users to respond to a bot question in multiple messages. Where each message is appended to the previous until a condition is matched, e.g. the message contains a terminator keyword. Is there a way to do that? I could imagine using a junction to test for the condition but i would need to loop back into the main flow as long as the condition isn't matched and I don't see a way to do that.

Hi, I want to implement the following flow for a facebook messenger bot: In `template1` I ask the user three consecutive questions. Then I ask the user if he is fine with her input, and If she wishes to change any of the 3 answers, by presenting 3 quick reply buttons. Each button triggers a corresponding template I present 3 quick replies, which trigger 3 different templates. Each template conversation, re-asks the question, and stores the answer, and as last step, it triggers the `template1` and should direct the conversation to a specific state `STATE_X`. What are the steps I need to do to achieve this flow? Am I on the right path with the following approach? On each of the three templates, I set a key (on the request, or user scope) with value "DONE". Then on `template_1`, after the startstate I read the value of that key, and use the Utility function "Add Entity", to set the value of the sate to "DONE". After this step, I add a Conditional Check with Contains, or a Junction, and check if it is DONE, or not. "Not DONE" should resume the normal flow, while DONE will direct the conversation to `STATE_X`.

Hey, how can i simply start a conversation with a user in my Workplace, or send a broadcast message to all my workplace users? I found the "Broadcast Conversation" and "Start Conversation" Moduls, but how can i trigger them? For the beginning it is just important that i can handle the messages through converse. Is there any way?
